If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Acacia Fieldwear has a strict 14 calendar days return policy. Please send us your return information via email to: info@acaciafieldwear.co.za within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

We unfortunately have a non-negotiable no cash refund policy. We will gladly replace the purchased product if the product is still in stock or credit you in the form of a gift voucher, to be used on our online store with the same value as the original purchased product.

Incorrect sizing, it is the customers own responsibility to ensure correct sizing. As each individual item can differ from styles and materials, to the cut and sizing. Please make sure to confirm sizing per measurement instruction on each individual items online before placing an order. If you are unsure email us or use the chat option to contact us, regarding the sizing. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your own expense.

Based on the above we will gladly accept these returns:

Damaged products received, caused by manufacturing or delivery damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Product must have proof of purchase and all price tags and labels mush be attached.

Before sending your returns back to us, please mail us the full details regarding the purchased product and damage at info@acaciafieldwear.co.za You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on Acacia Fieldwear’s side.

Exchange

Once we have received your item for exchange, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you on the status of the item within 5 days.

Exchange will take place after we have approved it.

We will not accept returns based on the following:

1. Damaged or Dirty products caused by the consumer.

2. Used or Washed products

3. Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately Sale and Classic items (if applicable) cannot be returned and refunded.

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

6. If your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
