Pricing:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice from us by email which will include the price of the product and the Shipping Fee.
The amount you need to pay us will be shown on the invoice. The execution of an order will only be completed on receipt of payment.
Commitment to delivery:
We undertake under normal conditions to dispatch your order to the delivery address supplied within a maximum of three weeks unless we advise differently.
Please bear in mind that all orders are hand made and that the specific item that you have ordered may be out of stock or temporarily out of stock.
If for any reason we are unable to effect delivery within the specified period we will advise you accordingly, and you will have the option of cancelling the order.
During certain periods of the year such as Christmas, high demand may be experienced and for this reason, if you are shopping for a Christmas present we suggest that you consider ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Product Quality:
All items sold on this website are hand made and are in their own way unique items, and therefore it may be that there are some minor discrepancies which should be put down to the nature of these products. It may be, because of the type of products that they are, the item that you have chosen may in exceptional circumstances no longer be available. Under such circumstances we will notify you and you will have the opportunity of either cancelling your order or choose an alternative.
Bulk Orders:
Bulk orders are welcomed and all enquiries will be dealt with on an individual basis to ensure that all the components of the order (including price) are effectively handled.
Errors and Omissions:
Incorrect sizing, it is the customers own responsibility to ensure correct sizing. As each individual item can differ from styles and materials, to the cut and sizing. Please make sure to confirm sizing per measurement instruction on each individual items online before placing an order. If you are unsure email us or use the chat option to contact us, regarding the sizing. The cost of reshipping both ways will be at your own expense.
